The UNIQO 160 provides full IIFT automation of the next generation – from the primary sample to the result proposal. This all-in-one solution maximises the efficiency of the entire IIFT process, encompassing sample preparation, incubation, washing and mounting of slides as well as image acquisition. Via the interface to the EUROLabOffice 4.0 middleware, the indirect immunofluorescence with the UNIQO 160 can integrate seamlessly into the efficient workflows of diagnostic laboratories.
Up to 160 primary samples and 18 slides can be processed in one run on the compact benchtop instrument. During loading, samples, reagents and slides are automatically identified and assigned by their barcodes. As the slides are protected from drying out by automated mounting after incubation, brilliant fluorescence images are produced from the first to the last sample, even with large worklists. The integrated high-quality microscope with automatically changing objectives (4x, 10x, 20x) ensures optimal recording parameters for each product. This results in brilliant fluorescence images, which can be easily evaluated in EUROLabOffice 4.0. This is supported by the EUROPattern Classifier, which is compatible to EUROLabOffice 4.0, by automatically generating a result proposal, including the titer level.
